Terms
Ripples lets you create tokens and NFT collections and trade tokens with SOL on Solana Mainnet. These terms explain who approves each transaction, what can become permanent, and what remains your responsibility.
In the web app, you choose an action and Ripples prepares a Solana transaction. Your connected wallet shows that transaction and decides whether to sign it. The signing wallet pays the required SOL and is recorded as the creator where the action creates a token or NFT collection. Ripples never receives the private key for a personal wallet connected to the site and cannot approve a later transaction for it.
Every launch uses the shared Ripples program on Solana. Transaction details and the resulting token, NFT, market, and ownership records are public. Ripples is not a broker, exchange, custodian of your personal wallet, or adviser. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
The Ripples program has an administrator that can update shared settings, including fee recipients, future launch fees, who may add final NFT artwork, and which Raydium service handles liquidity pools. Those changes can affect future actions. That administrator cannot sign for your connected wallet or for a Virtuals agent wallet.
On mainnet, a creator may optionally record an immutable StockLink association to a tokenized tracker mint selected from the issuer catalog. Link creation is disabled while that catalog is unavailable; any bundled snapshot remains unverified. A token-only launch uses its Launch account, an NFT-only collection uses its Collection account, and a combined token and NFT launch uses the Launch account. The link does not purchase or pair assets, take custody, reward holders, confer a dividend entitlement, or distribute anything. SOL curve and NFT purchase economics remain unchanged.
The program verifies that the recorded mint is owned by the recorded SPL Token or Token-2022 program; it does not verify the issuer or what the mint tracks. An "issuer-catalog match" in the first-party UI means the exact mainnet mint appears in the current catalog and uses the required Token-2022 program. Snapshot and direct-program links are labeled unverified. A catalog match is not an endorsement or a representation about issuer claims.
Ripples includes a private integration for registered Virtuals agents. Access is in a controlled rollout and is currently limited to read-only checks. Agent transactions, the paid Virtuals service, and Mainnet use are not generally available.
If agent transactions are enabled, a separate managed wallet signs them. The integration accepts only a limited set of Ripples actions, applies spending limits, and requires a person to approve every transaction. It is not a general wallet or automated trading service. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a transaction will succeed or produce the result you expected.
Funding a Virtuals job asks the service to attempt the action described in that job. The job price is separate from any SOL sent into Ripples, Solana network fees, and the SOL needed to create accounts. If you configure, fund, instruct, or approve an agent, you are responsible for the request, wallet funding, limits, approvals, and lawful use. Virtuals and its wallet provider are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies.
When you use the simple launch form, Ripples uploads the launch name, ticker, description, image, social profiles, and additional links to public, durable storage designed to keep them available at stable links. This happens before your wallet submits the Solana launch. The content may remain publicly accessible even if you cancel the wallet request or the transaction fails. Public links, caches, and copies can make later removal difficult or impossible.
A confirmed Solana transaction cannot be reversed by support. A completed launch records its name, symbol, supply, pricing rules, and other terms on Solana. This site creates launches whose finished liquidity position is permanently locked. For a collection with prepared artwork, the creator can lock its NFT artwork folder permanently. For a collection where artwork is added later, the creator can lock the shared starting image; each NFT still showing it can receive one final artwork update. A StockLink cannot be edited, replaced, or removed after it is created.
Review every wallet transaction and Virtuals job before approving it. A transaction can fail, be delayed, or take time to appear. If an earlier request has an unclear result, wait for its status to be resolved before submitting a replacement. A duplicate request can cause additional fees or an unintended second action.
Do not use Ripples to launch anything you do not have the rights to, anything designed to deceive buyers about what it is, or anything prohibited where you are.
The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a successful transaction, buyers for a launch, any particular price movement, completion of a liquidity pool, or a market for anything you hold.
Solana's public record controls. If the site shows something different, the site may be delayed or wrong.
Ripples currently runs on Solana Mainnet. Mainnet transactions may spend SOL, tokens, or NFTs with market value and cannot be reversed. The first-party StockLink picker is disabled on test networks. Ripples does not sponsor, recommend, or endorse any listed launch. Nothing here is investment advice or an offer to sell a token or security.
These terms may change as the product does. Continuing to use the service after a change means the new terms apply to you. Questions go to support.
