Most launch, token, NFT, balance, and trade information shown by Ripples comes from Solana Mainnet. This page explains what is public on Solana, what we keep separately, and what information we never receive from your personal wallet.
Wallet addresses, tokens, NFTs, trades, balances, and transaction IDs are recorded on a public blockchain. Anyone can read, copy, and keep this information, including the contents of a transaction. We cannot delete or make those public records private.
A Virtuals agent transaction is public in the same way. Its agent wallet, transaction ID, action, amounts, and result can be linked together. Using an agent does not make a Solana transaction anonymous.
When you use the simple launch form, we upload the launch name, ticker, description, image, social profiles, and any additional links to public, durable storage designed to keep them available at stable links. We use those files to create the public launch information referenced by Solana.
The upload happens before your wallet submits the launch transaction. The content may therefore remain publicly accessible if you cancel the wallet request or the transaction fails. Public links may be cached, copied, or stored by others, so removing the content later may be difficult or impossible. Do not upload personal, confidential, or secret information as launch media.
If you create a StockLink, its subject account, exact mint address, and token-program address are also public and immutable. The link records an association only; it does not transfer the referenced token or disclose ownership of it. The first-party site compares those public addresses with the current issuer catalog before it displays a mainnet tokenized tracker link as an issuer-catalog match.
The Virtuals integration is currently read-only. If agent transactions are enabled, these limited execution records may be kept without automatic deletion so spending limits can be enforced, duplicate submissions can be avoided, and an unclear result can be resolved. Application logs are designed to remove approval links and approval IDs.
A personal wallet connected to the site does not send us its private key or seed phrase. Your wallet handles signing, and we will never ask you to enter or send either secret. We may ask the wallet to sign a one-time message to prove that you control its address and start a session. That message cannot spend funds or approve a later transaction. There is no password login.
The Virtuals agent integration uses a separate managed agent wallet. If agent transactions are enabled, a service credential stored in protected infrastructure can ask that wallet to sign a limited Ripples action. Virtuals policy requires a person to approve each request. The credential is not your personal wallet key. Never provide a personal seed phrase or private key for this purpose.
Your wallet provider handles wallet connections and signatures. Solana network providers process public addresses and transactions when the app reads or sends them. An art-generation provider may receive the creative brief you submit. Hosting providers may store and publicly serve launch names, descriptions, images, social profiles, additional links, public launch details, and NFT artwork. Each provider may collect and retain information under its own privacy policy.
Virtuals processes agent identities, job instructions, budgets, and delivery status. Its wallet provider processes the agent wallet, approval, and transaction information needed to send a transaction. These providers are independent and may keep their own records.
We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can delete a draft and disconnect a wallet at any time. To ask what we hold about your address, email, or support request, or to ask us to delete what we can, write to support. Deleting a draft or disconnecting a wallet does not remove launch media already uploaded to public storage, Solana records, Virtuals job records, or the limited execution records described above. Contact each third-party provider directly about information it controls.
