Ask about a token launch, NFT purchase, trade, Virtuals agent request, or developer integration. If you have them, include the public wallet address and Solana transaction ID. They are usually the fastest way to find what happened.

Before you write

  • A launch, NFT purchase, or trade is recorded as a Solana transaction. The explorer for Solana Mainnet shows what happened, and the transaction ID is the most useful detail to send us.
  • A confirmed Solana transaction cannot be reversed or recovered by Ripples. Support can explain what happened and what to do next, not undo it.
  • For a Virtuals agent issue, include the public agent wallet and job or request ID. Never send an approval link or access credential.
  • We never ask for a seed phrase or a private key. Anyone who does is not us.

Mainnet transactions can spend SOL, tokens, or NFTs with market value.
